Another benefit to our program!

Katie, I am sorry you were hungry last night. I am always starving in the early evening too. I am going to plan a high-protein snack into my late afternoon today to see if that will help me not be so miserable in the early evening. I think I will try a couple tablespoons of peanut butter. That has been a good appetite suppressant for me in the past.

I think this program is going to be a good one because it sounds as if each of us is trying something different. I think it will be beneficial to compare notes and see which things work for each of us.

I decided to plan out my diet for the day today to see if that helps with my snacking problem.

At least we are all healthier than we were before we started this plan!
