Great Idea!
This is a fabulous idea! I have not actually weighed again since initial weigh-in but feel good about my progress. I did not starve myself but ate more healthily yesterday than I have been eating! I also wrote my weight loss letter and plan to write a letter each day. I did my therapy excercises but want to walk before it gets too cold tonight! Good luck everyone.
